As a new member of the Elite Support Change Management Team since his arrival with the Centre du Camion Mont-Laurier in 2025, the Service Manager Stephane Corbeil recently attended and successfully completed the CI for Manager training in North Carolina. Designed to bring new or replacement CMT members up to speed on the basics of Elite Support and Continuous Improvement (CI), participants leave this class with a core understanding of basic CI concepts and tools, Criteria, and how to better engage the CIC role at their dealership. The focus is on developing the mindset required to become an engaged and effective CMT member and change leader.
